The Anti-Fraud Coalition (TAF Coalition) is a public interest, non-profit organization dedicated to defending and empowering whistleblowers who expose fraud on the government and the financial markets and protect public resources by empowering whistleblowers, supporting the legal community, and advocating for robust anti-fraud legislation.

Our Approach

Protecting the Public Interest by Empowering the Truth

TAF Coalition works to empower whistleblowers and ensure that whistleblower attorneys are well equipped to guide them. Through extensive education and outreach, we have built an extraordinary group of members and helped them win some of the toughest cases. We serve as the central hub for whistleblowers and the whistleblower legal community, working tirelessly to ensure that those who defraud the government and financial markets are held accountable.

We are the nation’s leading advocates for the False Claims Act and whistleblower programs across federal and state agencies, including the SEC, CFTC, IRS, the Department of Justice. These programs serve as the government’s most effective tools for recovering stolen public funds and protecting investors and the public. TAF Coalition works to:

  • Protect and strengthen legislation by educating local, state, and federal leaders about the importance of laws that root our fraud and protect the public and taxpayer funds.
  • Support whistleblowers by providing resources throughout the whistleblowing process, including a whistleblower attorney directory, a whistleblower term glossary, and recommended books, podcasts, and scholarly works.
  • Educate and unite the legal community by ensuring they are up to date on legal developments through conferences, webinars, practice guides, and more.
  • Educate the public about anti-fraud laws through our blog, podcast, and more.
  • Educate the courts on the proper interpretations of anti-fraud laws through extensive participation as amicus curiae in cases across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
