The Anti-Fraud Coalition and Taxpayers Against Fraud Boards of Directors have appointed Jacklyn DeMar as the organizations’ new President and CEO.

Washington, DC – The Anti-Fraud Coalition and Taxpayers Against Fraud, sister whistleblower advocacy organizations, today announced Jacklyn DeMar as their new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2024. She succeeds Jeb White, who led the organizations since 2020. Mr. White will remain with the organizations through the end of March to assist with the leadership transition. Mr. White is leaving the organizations to launch the online platform CollegeAdmissions.org, which will address inequities in the college admissions process.

“I and the entire Board of Directors are delighted to welcome Jackie as our new President and CEO. She has left her mark on our legal community for nearly a decade, from leading TAF Coalition’s amicus work to improving the programming at each annual conference,” said Erika Kelton, outgoing Chair of the Boards of Directors.

“Jackie is the right leader for our movement,” said Vince McKnight, incoming Chair of the Boards of Directors. “She has the utmost respect from whistleblowers, the government, and our legal bar.”

“It is such an honor to be the next President and CEO of The Anti-Fraud Coalition and Taxpayers Against Fraud,” said Jackie DeMar. “I look forward to working with the organizations’ talented and dedicated staff and members to write our next chapter.”

“It has been a privilege to serve this legal community in different capacities over the last 20 years,” said Jeb White. “I am moving on the next chapter of my life, knowing the organization is in great hands under Jackie’s leadership.”

Ms. DeMar has been the organizations’ Director of Legal Education since August 2014. She received her Juris Doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law and is a member of the Maryland and DC bars.
