Northrop Pays $12.5 Million
Northrop Grumman has agreed to pay $12.5 million to settle a False Claims Act case filed by Allen Davis, a former quality assurance manager with Northrop's navigation system division in Salt Lake City, alleging that over nine years the company failed to test certain electronic components it sold to the military and which were used in airplane, helicopter, and submarine navigation systems. >> To read more
