EMC to Pay $87.5 Million
Data storage maker EMC has agreed to pay $87.5 million to settle a False Claims Act case alleging that EMC has a fee arrangement with system integrators and other companies with which it has partnered when selling products to the federal government. >> To read more

Two Nursing Homes Settle
Mariner Health Care Inc. and SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services of Atlanta, as well as principals Leonard Grunstein, Murray Forman and Rubin Schron, have agreed to pay $14 million to settle False Claims Act case arising out of their solicitation of, and acceptance of, kickbacks from Omnicare, the nation’s largest pharmacy specializing in dispensing drugs to nursing homes. >> To read more
