Four states and 43 California localities have joined a whistleblower lawsuit against Formosa Plastics and JM Eagle for their production of defective PVC pipes used in water and sewage systems across the country. Lincoln Fabric Fraud Case
Lincoln Fabrics, a Canadian weaver of ballistic fabrics, has agreed to pay $4 million to settle a False Claims Act case in connection with their role in the manufacture of defective bullet-proof vests.
