New York Invests to Recover

Alabama Attorney General Troy King says Medicaid won't comply with his FOIA request for records pertaining to recent policy changes which are the subject of a lawsuit filed by Alabama against CMS alleging the agency is trying to grab portions of settlements and awards that haven't even been collected.

Ohio is Broke and Asleep
