Exhibits in a

U.S. Embassy in Iraq
A False Claims Act lawsuit has been filed against First Kuwaiti, the company constructing the massive new U.S. embassy in Iraq.  John Owens, who had been a construction supervisor at the embassy, alleges First Kuwait overcharged the U.S. Government and failed to properly install many security fortifications.  >> To read more
