TAF Education Fund benefits depend on membership and subscription level.

Note that to be a TAF Education Fund Member, attorneys are required to certify that they do NOT do False Claims Act defense work.

There are no restrictions on who can subscribe to TAF Education Fund's free Blog, or the paid subscription to the TAF Quarterly Review.

If you have represented defendants in a False Claims Act or other whistleblower action, and still want to become a member of the TAF Education Fund, please contact our office directly at 202-296-4826.

TAF Education Fund Membership

Membership in the TAF Education Fund comes with access to ONE list-serv of  your choice – either TAFNet (for False Claims Act cases and issues), TAFNet-IRS (for IRS Whistleblower cases and issues), or TAFNet-SEC-CFTC (for SEC and CFTC Whistleblower cases and issues).

The first list-serv is included in the $525 membership. Access to additional list-servs, beyond the first list-serv, costs $250 per year.

As a service to whistleblowers and potential whistleblowers, the TAF Education Fund membership directory notes which lawyers are active in each membership list-serv category. If you do not wish to be listed on the TAF Education Fund membership directory, let us know.

All TAF Education Fund members must certify that they do not do False Claims Act defense work or work against the interests of whistleblowers in the IRS, SEC, and CFTC arenas.

In addition to access to TAF Education Fund list-servs and a listing in the TAF Education Fund directory, members of the TAF Education Fund will receive:
