TAFEF is a nonprofit, public
interest, membership organization dedicated to combating fraud against
the Federal Government through the promotion and use of the Federal
False Claims Act and its
qui tam
provisions.
TAF Membership Levels
TAF membership benefits depend on membership level.
Note that at the TAF Basic Membership level and above, attorneys are required to certify that they do not do False Claims Act defense work.If you have represented defendants in an FCA action and still want to become a member of TAFEF, please contact our office directly at 202-296-4826.
