At the IRS Whistleblower Bootcamp you will not only will learn the latest developments directly from IRS Whistleblower Office Director Steve Whitlock and his senior staff, but you will also be able to speak directly with Mr. Whitlock, Senior Program Manager Bob Gardner, and other staff about your questions and concerns — they will be with us all day, including a long Question and Answer session.At the IRS Whistleblower Bootcamp, we will explore cutting edge issues in four panel discussions with IRS personnel from the IRS Whistleblower Office and also from:
The Global High Wealth Division, the new division focused on high net worth taxpayers and their complex tax-evasion schemes;
The Criminal Investigative Division which has made international and “offshore” tax abuses a large and rising priority, and;
The Chief Counsel’s Office, which will address important questions such as navigating privilege that arises in IRS cases.
In addition, IRS officials and other panelists will discuss:
